A new video of Michael Jackson’s hair catching on fire during the taping of a Pepsi commercial has been obtained and released by US Weekly. Jeri curl juice and pyrotechnics do not mix! Check out this video as Michael Jackson descends a set of stairs while dancing with his brothers, only to have fireworks go off too soon:
As a result of the horrible accident, Michael Jackson began taking painkillers, which he became addicted to. As you know, Michael Jackson most likely died as a result of medication he was taking.
My question is, when you are prescribed drugs by a doctor, should you be in complete control of your own actions? Whose at fault for Michael's death? The pop-star for taking medications when he knew he was addicted or his doctors for providing him with these medications on an ongoing basis?

A friend of mine was recently prescribed some pretty heavy drug to help with some pain he's had from a knee injuty. Upon reading the possible effects of the drug, he decided that the pain was better to endure than the possible side-effects of the drug. Most people won't do this.
Oxycontin is the generic name for the drug. ETH-Oxydose, OxyContin, Oxyfast, OxyIR, Percolone, Roxicodone, Roxicodone Intensol are the brand names.
I'm not going to vote on this. I personally think it was both Jackson's and the doctor's fault. The doctors probably pushed drugs on him and he wasn't smart enough to say no. I don't know, I'm just guessing so I won't vote.
