Who would know there is a National Grouch Day? I certainly wouldn’t unless I was checking the search engines for my daily post of trending topics. Happy National Grouch Day 2009 everyone!
I have images of Oscar the Grouch in my mind. And a few “member disputes” come to mind as well. My vote is to deny the day even exists, to smile at someone who’s grouchy today and not to give in to the mood. Have I made myself clear!? There will be no grouches on Gather today!

Every once in awhile, usually when not feeling well or in pain, I actually do avoid going online. I am afraid I might chew someone's head off and I rest instead. It is not fun being a grouch! Sometimes I'd like to leave myself but everywhere I go, there I am. Grrrr! Trying to joke myself into a good mood. :)
