A loud and mysterious boom rattled buildings on Monday afternoon and calls started coming into 911 about 4 pm San Diego time. The military knows no reason for the shaking sound or boom. The last time a mysterious boom such as this was back in 2006. The sound was reported to have started in the Pacific Ocean.
