* Data for vital ‘hockey stick graph’ has gone missing
* There has been no global warming since 1995
* Warming periods have happened before – but NOT due to man-made changes
The academic at the centre of the ‘Climategate’ affair, whose raw data is crucial to the theory of climate
change, has admitted that he has trouble ‘keeping track’ of the information.

Colleagues say that the reason Professor Phil Jones has refused Freedom of Information requests is that he may have actually lost the relevant papers.
Professor Jones told the BBC yesterday there was truth in the observations of colleagues that he lacked organisational skills, that his office was swamped with piles of paper and that his record keeping is ‘not as good as it should be’.

There really is no excuse for being so ill-informed. And frankly, why the denialists insist on continuing to hold back American ingenuity and innovation, continuing to send American jobs overseas, continuing to harm America's national security by paying oil barons who fund terrorists, and continuing to prop up communist China and India, is beyond comprehension.
Lead U.S. climate negotiator Todd Stern during public remarks at the Center for American Progress, a Washington, D.C.–based think tank, on February 9, 2010 indicated:
"The mounting evidence on the ground of what's actually happening and the growing sophistication of the modeling goes way beyond any particular set of data or any particular problems that occurred with respect to the University of East Anglia or IPCC mistakes. Global warming is the most serious environmental threat of our time. Already, we are experiencing global warming impacts worldwide, including more severe storms, prolonged forest fire seasons, floods and droughts, agricultural losses and increased human disease. The United States is the top global warming polluter in the world, with a 20 percent increase since 1990 of carbon dioxide emissions from burning fossil fuels and another 15 percent increase forecast by 2020 without a change in regulation.”
