Hotmail Goes Down, No One Notices

In a service failure that affected few, Microsoft's Hotmail became inaccessible Tuesday morning.

"Awesome," said one Hotmail user, who was incredibly difficult to find and spoke to the writer on condition of anonymity. "First my Betamax quits working, now this. What's next? A rear-end collision in my Roundabout?"

Searches on "Hotmail goes down" have risen slightly, though major engines Google and Yahoo! continue to respond by asking searchers, "Did you mean: 'hot male goes down?'"
