50 Cent, a pop-culture icon and rap artist is being sued by a women from Florida over the distribution sex video tapes in NYC.
Lastonia Leviston filed a lawsuit on Wednesday in Manhattan, New York. She is claiming unauthorized use of her name or image and emotional distress caused by the public release of a video she made with a lover in 2008. Leviston is disputing that, 50-Cent unlawfully distributed her homemade sex video over the Internet after editing himself into it as a wig-wearing narrator.
The lawsuit claims rapper, 50-Cent, posted a video on his Web site last year, apparently blurring out the lover’s face. The suit also claims the rapper introduces the video while wearing a curly wig and fluffy blue robe and can be heard narrating throughout.
50-Cent himself, nor his lawyer were available for comment. More to follow...
