Two Federal agencies are investigated the death of Dawn Brancheau by a Killer Whale at Sea World on Wednesday.Â
OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and the Agriculture Department's Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service are the agencies involved at this time.

SeaWorld held a 1 p.m. ET news conference today and said shows would resume< The head of seaworld also said that a charitable foundation is being formed in the name of Dawn Brancheau
 OSHA is looking to see if workplace standards were violated in the incident.
It will complete a report within six months, officials are saying.

The Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service are investigating possible violations of the Animal Welfare Act, a federal set of minimum-care standards for facilities that exhibit warm-blooded mammals to the public
