Orlando Magic's Dwight Howard has caused yet another injury to Chicago Bulls guard Derrick Rose, causing him to sit out for the remaining three quarters of Thursday night's game.
With .55 seconds left in the first quarter, Rose sprained his left wrist when he and Howard clashed into each other. After having an x-ray done, the doctor confirmed Rose wrist was sprained. Friday Rose was set to have a MRI, but coach Del Negro didn't know if Rose would be able to play in Friday's game against Miami Heat.
Some of the Bulls top players seem to be sitting on the sideline or just absent due to recent injuries. Along with Derrick Rose, Joakim Noah was absent due to an injury to his left foot, Luol Deng was out due to a sparined calf muscle and although Brad Miller suffered a thumb injury he is playing in tonight's game.
