NCAA Tournament 2010 schedule dates & times - Round 1 of March Madness Men's basketball!

March Madness officially kicks off on Thursday 18, 2010 (get latest scores here)!  That's when the "Big Dance" gets started and college basketball fans are glued to TV sets and computer monitors around the globe.  The opening round of the NCAA Men's Basketball tournament will feature 32 games split between Thursday and Friday.  See the complete schedule here for Thursday 3/18 games or here for Friday 3/19 to find out when your team plays!

The first sixteen games Thursday will feature a variety of teams in action including the top seeded Kentucky Wildcats and Kansas Jayhawks.  These two #1 seeds have been the popular picks of many basketball analysts, experts and even showed up in President Obama's bracket.

On Friday, the other two top seeds, Duke and Syracuse will participate in their opening round games.  Other top games will include Missouri vs. Clemson, Cornell vs. Temple and Georgia Tech vs. Oklahoma State.  As of Friday night the field of 64 will be whittled down to just 32 teams, who will compete over the weekend to determine the 2010 Sweet Sixteen!
