Last night featured the premiere episode for DWTS season 10 which includes perhaps the most controversial cast of celeb dancers yet. The Dancing with the Stars 2010 vote (see results here), has given the early advantage to a Pussycat Doll, Olympic athlete and ESPN reporter who made headlines due to a peeping tom. All three scored in the 20's, with several other celebs hot on their feet. Even 80-year-old astronaut Buzz Aldrin and NFL star Chad Ochocinco showed off some fancy footwork on the dancefloor!
The current lineup of Dancing with the Stars features a who's who of recent celebs, as well as a few "blasts from the past". There's actresses Pamela Anderson (Baywatch), Niecy Nash (Reno 911) and Shannon Doherty (Beverly Hills 90210/Scare Tactics), as well as heartthrobs Jake Pavelka and Aiden Turner. Also, Kate Gosselin of paparazzi and tablod fame is on the show, hoping to make headlines for something other than her Jone & Kate debacle. Erin Andrews may be hoping for the same after becoming the unfortunate victim of a peeping tom peephole stalker video.
Nicole Scherzinger of the Pussycat Dolls may be the early favorite. She's got the hot dance moves in her music videos which may give her the advantage. Ice skaters don't do too shabby either, as we saw with previous contestant Kristi Yamagucci. So who's your favorite to win it so far? You can see how everyone scored in the judges' first Dancing with the Stars 2010 vote for DWTS season 10 here.
