Erin Andrews death threats - Should Andrews quit Dancing with the Stars 2010?

Erin Andrews, ESPN sideline reporter, and the victim of the Erin Andrews peephole video scandal, is now dealing with more stress.  Since September 2009, a series of Erin Andrews death threats have been made against the ESPN reporter and Dancing with the Stars celebrity.  At this point, the FBI has stepped in and is investigating the crime. 

The death threats were sent to "The Dan Patrick Show" with at least one email reading "Somebody should shoot her in the face."  With the ongoing threats, some have questioned whether or not Andrews needs to leave the DWTS Season 10 cast and concentrate on her safety.  There's been extra security added for her at the DWTS location due to the safety concerns.

Andrews has noted that she won't quit at this point, telling People:

"I have a dance on Monday and I don't want to let [partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy] down, I don't want to let my family down, and I don't want to let myself down," she tells PEOPLE. "I'm not going to stop living my life."

Andrews added: "I don't quit on things. It's not an option for me."

The Erin Andrews death threats are currently in the hands of the FBI.  Andrews' lawyer has noted that the person behind these latest threats is sick, but has indicated Erin and her family are protected.

"Erin and her family are protected. It is unfortunate that there are sick people who prey on the fears and threaten the well being of others. Erin is not alone among those who have to deal with such predators."

And Grossman says, "Erin is looking forward to the future and will keep all of her commitments including her appearance on 'Dancing with the Stars.' We ask that the privacy of Erin and her family be respected." (Source: TMZ.com)

Andrews was previously targeted by Michael David Barrett who stalked her around the country to several different hotels and videotaped Erin Andrews naked through the hotel peepholes.  The video footage was distributed and viewed on the internet, causing what Andrews called a "nightmare".  Barrett was sentenced to 30 months prison time just recently for his criminal activity.
