Leslie Nielsen Dead - "Naked Gun" Actor Dies at Age 84

Actor Leslie Nielsen is dead at age 84. The funnyman made us all laugh in films such as "Naked Gun" and "Airplane."

Leslie Nielson, who lived in Canada died surrounded by family on Sunday. “Today at 5:30 with his friends and his wife by his side, he just fell asleep and passed away,” his nephew Doug Nielsen told Manitoba radio station CJOB68.

While cause of death hasn't officially been released Nielson's nephew revealed that his uncle had been in the hospital for 12 days and suffering from pneumonia. Perhaps that with his age caused his passing.

Leslie Nielsen made us all laugh with his goofy antics and silly characters. Laughter is priceless and although Leslie is now gone, his humor will continue to bring happiness for years to come. RIP Leslie Nielsen. You're death will be mourned by your fans as well as your family and friends.
