Couple Arrested Dismemberment: Herbert Tracy White Found Cut Up in a Backpack!

A Pennsylvania couple has been arrested for the dismemberment of Herbert Tracy White, age 49. Edward, 36, and Melissa Garcia, 25, were arrested for torture and dismemberment by a fugitive task force at 3:45 pm, according to Matt Brown, a supervisor with the U.S. Marshals Service.

An arrest warrant was issued last Monday, but the couple was not arrested until last Friday. The task force found the couple staying in an abandoned building in Hollywood. Brown explained that the couple was “living in squalid conditions, surrounded by trash, human waste and syringes. Both appeared to have sores on their faces caused by drug use.”

Brown also explained that the couple was sleeping when the door to the building was kicked in. He said, “They were coherent but they looked like they were on the downside of a drug binge.”

The couple has now been charged with “murder and the special circumstances of torture in the Thanksgiving killing of Herbert Tracy White, 49, of Los Angeles.”

A maid had found White’s body tucked into a backpack, which was located in the Continental Hotel. It was located in the Los Angeles downtown area of Skid Row. Can you imagine the poor maid that found the dismembered body in the backpack? It must have been terrible for her! Disgusting!

What kind of people would dismember a body? The couple must certainly be mentally ill and evil people, because no one in their right mind would torture someone in this way. Hopefully, he was dead before they cut up his body parts.

Brown explained that the couple arrested for dismemberment were located by tips from people in the Skid Row area. The tips explained that there were some homeless people were staying in the abandoned building.

The report did not explain how the couple knew Mr. White. It also did not explain why they dismembered his body.

Being the justice system does not allow for dismembering the bodies of the couple, Americans will have to settle for the death penalty in this case. Unfortunately if they are sentenced to life in prison, they will be segregated from the other inmates due to the high profile of their case.
