Police in Southeastern Kentucky discovered the body of a woman on Friday near Manchester. The rural area of Clay County is shocked at this discovery. The identity of the woman has not been released but investigators are sure an autopsy will reveal the cause of death and other details.
Charles Sizemore, of the Clay County area, told police that he discovered the body when he first retrieved a metal storage cabinet from the pond. The cabinet, which was poking from the surface of the pond, contained the duct-tape wrapped body of a woman. Obviously, foul play is suspected. So far, Charles Sizemore seems to believe the body of the woman may be his niece. However, police refuse to confirm this until after an autopsy. Usually when the next of kind identifies a body it is accepted, but this time police want to investigate further before identifying the body. This is possibly due to the level of decomposition the body is experiencing. Tammy Faye Sizemore is Charles Sizemore's niece. She's an older woman who lives her life youthfully, and has had minor run-ins with the law. She went missing more than a week ago.

What is interesting about this particular case is the details that it shares with that of the missing Holly Bobo, a 20-year old student who went missing around April 13th. Holly Bobo was abducted about 5 hours east of the location in which Sizemore discovered the body of the woman. During the primary search for Holly Bobo, searchers found different pieces of evidence, including a strip of duct tape with blonde hairs on it.

Could these two cases be related in any way? Look at the resemblance Holly Bobo and Tammy Faye Sizemore share. Both are blonde, relatively attractive women who are young, although Sizemore is considerably older than Bobo. If the body that was just found in the Kentucky pond is in fact Tammy Faye Sizemore, could there be any correlation between the disappearance of Bobo and other reported attempted kidnappings in the region?

I just think it's a bit strange that it was a family member to actually find the body and then go a step further and start to unwrap it. Not only that but the uncle uses a log pole to fish it out and speculates that it was the same pole that the perp likely used to push the cabinet into the middle of the pond--what are the odds of not only finding the box but the pole, too? Who would call with that tip with the location of the body, except the killer or the witness? Why would they tip the family off? Tammy Sizemore went missing April 28, less than two weeks ago.
For all we know of the Tammy Sizemore case, this could be connected directly to a friend or family member instead of an outside perp. There isn't much news about her disappearance, only the discovery of the body that is suspected to be hers:

Thanks for sharing this. It's definitely a case to keep any eye on, although with the amount of crime in our country, a crime occurring a five-hour drive away from where Holly Bobo lives very well may be unconnected to Holly's disappearance.
Tammy's led quite a life. Following a clue in the recent thread, I went back and did a search and discovered that her boyfriend at the time, Doug Roberts, was shot and killed in November 2010, while she was still in jail. From what is posted by folks, Doug Roberts was trouble and some thought he got what he had coming to him for quite a long time.

Also, with the amount of personal gossiping about everybodies's lives and goings-on that some people in Manchester do online (you can only imagine the phone lines burning up), I can imagine it very likely that someone did find out what happened to Tammy Sizemore and tipped off the family.
I've also read several comments that Tammy's boyfriend used drugs and was violently abusive to women, particularly when under the influence. Apparently, by many, many comments made about Tammy, she, too, had used (and still might have been using) drugs.

It is the body of Tammy Faye Jarvis Sizemore Roberts.
(She was once married to Don Jarvis (Jarvis is raising their children) and then later to Doug Roberts. As I mentioned earlier, Doug Roberts was shot to death in November 2010.)
These two articles are about the arrest and arraignment of Terry Grubb, the man suspected of shooting and killing Doug Roberts.

This recent article about Tammy Sizemore's death states she was last seen with her boyfriend riding a 4-wheeler. Her uncle is reported to have said that the authorities have questioned the boyfriend (Kenny Gregory) but local folks are posting comments on Topix that he hasn't been seen around for the last couple of days.

Apparently, if local commenters are to be believed, even though the family reported her missing, the sheriff's office took no action whatsoever.

However, from what we know of Holly, she was living a clean life and her brother reported an abduction. Tammy Faye, on the other hand, was almost twice as old as Holly, had been in trouble with the law and, if online numerous online comments from locals are to be believed, was involved with drugs and thievery. Also, no one knew why she disappeared (as opposed to having a witness 'know' what happened).
Hmmm, seems like Isabelle likes your news, too.
