How about some pain meds for the lady??? I bet a man would not have gotten away with this one. I wonder where she gets to do this... a broom closet... I mean after all it wouldn't be fair for people to wait for her to be done in the bathroom.

i would find it hard to understand this - but if she's been diagnosed then it's really nobody's business except her & her doctor. I think she should be able to work from her home though - because the entire situation is disturbing

All jokes aside,I feel nothing but emphathy for this women. She has a very rare medical condition which keeps her in pain twenty-four hours a day, with her only relief being to masterbate and even with the prescribed medication she is forced to do this at least eighteen times per day,regardles. There is no way this women can have anything close to a normal life.

I can't even imagine how embarrassing it must be not only for her but for those with whom she works. It would have been far better for all concerned, if the firm at which she is employed, could have allowed her to work from home. At the very least, They could have kept the whole affair quite and provided her with a private office in which to work.

At work, just as here on Gather, she will first become the brunt of jokes, but later, her being allowed to take a break every two hours is something that other workers will eventually come to deeply resent, which in it's self will cause office employee problems for the employer.

Without a doubt, this woman not only has a perminent medical condition, she also has a work condition and as such, she will need to find some sort of at-home occupation if she is continue working at all.

I have to question where this info came from. It just doesn't seme surreal that such a thing would go into a courtroom. It seems more surreal that she would have been fired for some reason, and the government would stand behind it. After all, most states are "right to work" states where they don't need a reason to fire someone. This must have come from Enquirerer magazine, where inquiring minds want to know (the unrealisitc).
