A woman sued for the right to masturbate and watch porn at work, and she actually won. Instead of the usual smoke breaks, she'll be taking pleasure breaks--several times each day.
The Brazilian woman actually has a medical condition that makes her need to orgasm called "compulsion orgasmic." Ana Catarina Bezerra Silvares, 36, works at an unassuming accounting firm. She is in pain, and an orgasm from masturbating actually relieves that pain, which is caused by a chemical alteration in her brain's cortex.
It may sound shocking, but the single mother of three takes medication that reduces her need for release to only 18 times a day. Wow! That is a lot of time spent masturbating, and she would certainly require more than the traditional two daily breaks to find release that many times.
While it must have been somewhat embarrassing to have to sue for this right, she obviously needed it. As a result of the lawsuit, she now gets to not only take a 15-minute break to masturbate every two hours, she also gets to surf porn at work in order to stimulate her enough to reach release.
How would you feel if Ana Catarina Bezerra Silvares was your co-worker? After this win, hopefully her life is better and she is in less pain.

While in the Army, it became common to masturbate in the latrine. It was the latrine or shared room. As you can imagine, the latrine provides more privacy. Students have done the same.
Hey, I have masturbated in such places and, as my ex-wife said about her and her medical school friends, it is a very useful means of relaxing stress! Wait, I am not suppose to talk about this on the internet! A potential employer may find it and it will prevent me from getting hired, and who knows, the employee may get busy tonight or tomorrow! :•) After that employee retires, per can discuss their workplace antics freely!
well a few things come to mind - first - would certainly make work more entertaining, but if asked to cover her work load, no way would i sit on her desk chair.
tho i would certainly be willing to help her out, from the stand point that i could really feel for her!
but then again, on the other hand - i would wear a glove!
By the way Kate......lol
I can't even imagine how embarrassing it must be not only for her but for those with whom she works. It would have been far better for all concerned, if the firm at which she is employed, could have allowed her to work from home. At the very least, They could have kept the whole affair quite and provided her with a private office in which to work.
At work, just as here on Gather, she will first become the brunt of jokes, but later, her being allowed to take a break every two hours is something that other workers will eventually come to deeply resent, which in it's self will cause office employee problems for the employer.
Without a doubt, this woman not only has a perminent medical condition, she also has a work condition and as such, she will need to find some sort of at-home occupation if she is continue working at all.
Sad very sad.
If all she can think about is release, how can she spend the proper amount of time and thought doing her job?
