It looks like jurors in the Casey Anthony trial will not get Independence Day off. In fact, the latest details on the heinous murder trial show that the jury will actually begin deliberations on the Fourth of July.
The jurors are tired, and instead of heading out to enjoy fireworks celebrations, they are going to deliberate the gruesome details of the Casey Anthony trial. They are resting overnight, and first thing tomorrow morning, they will hear the rest of the prosecution's closing arguments and then begin deciding the fate of Caylee Anthony's mother.
Currently, Casey Anthony stands accused of murdering 2-year-old Caylee on June 16, 2008. Most people seem to believe that she did commit the murder, which is just incredibly terrible.
If jurors find the 25-year-old guilty of murder, she could face the death penalty, which may make the deliberations all the more complicated. Judge Belvin Perry is expected to instruct the jury tomorrow after the prosecution finishes their closing arguments.
These poor jurors must be weary after the seven-week trial in which Anthony did not take the stand. What would you do if you were on the jury? Do you think she did it?

The case we had was much different and the guilt had already been determined, and it was only a matter of compensation and if so how much, for the plaintiff. We decided (almost all of us), that the plaintiff didn't deserve any compensation.
I can't imagine being on a jury like this. Even after it was all over for me, I was really jittery afterward, wondering if I made the right decision. Everyone has to agree on the same verdict in this case. Even though the media has thrown things around for us on the outside, you never know all of the details unless you are in the courtroom.
I admire all of those on the jury and I look up to them for serving, especially on a holiday. Not like they have much choice, it is pretty hard to get out of jury duty.
If I were on the jury, I would have taken lots of notes and when deliberating, not want to just "hurry up" and get it over with. I feel like that happens, probably more than it should. I mean, I was jittery afterward and guilt/someone's life wasn't at stake.
Good luck to all of them in their decision.
George, who is obviously concerned, is not even more than a witness. How come?
Casey is a lier. OK. If we were intending to kill every lier, we would have quite a job to achieve!!!!
I hope she is sentenced to live in prison without parole other than the death penalty... if the jury finds her guilty. I think she is guilty and it's sad that she just didn't hand Caylee over to her mother... but if part of her motive was to hurt her mother, that would explain why she didn't. Her anger towards her family during the trial makes me think she was punishing them as well as getting her freedom.
Media influenced? Yes because it goes further on and drives away from reality.
Chloroform? It is a very common gas you can find practically everywhere mainly when there is carbonic wastes.
DNA on the sticking part of a duct tape? Cannot disappear in just some few months.
Not even the DNA of the applier was found on it, which means that the tape has been applied on clean bones but the skull never been autopsied!
Brush confusion cannot be due to the age difference of the hairs.
Very rarely media stick to reality for many reasons which go from subjectiveness to selling a story.
You are just "victim" of these media.
What was the jury thinking?
So 2 people out of 3 have created themselves a "preconceived" idea about Casey!
So 2 people out of 3 have been driven out of reality by their own vengeance desire!
