Need an extra $180,000,000? That's what Saturday's Powerball winning numbers are worth! Lottery players are buying tickets in multiples with hopes of matching six Powerball numbers in a row for an enormous jackpot that will have them singing all the way to the bank.
Go get your Powerball tickets now. There have been many forgetful lottery players and procrastinators that get to the convenience store too late to buy their tickets. Probably the worst scenario for a Powerball player that picks the same numbers every drawing, would be to wake up tomorrow morning and see their winning Powerball numbers on TV, only to realize they forgot to buy their ticket the night before! Unfortunately, it happens all the time.

Powerball Lottery Results
The Wednesday, August 3, 2011 Powerball winning numbers were 13, 18, 21, 28, 49, the Powerball number was 11, and the PowerPlay was X 2. There were no winners for the $160,000,000 jackpot. That's why Saturday's Powerball grand prize is screaming towards $200,000,000. If no one wins tonight, there's a good chance the next Powerball jackpot will hit the $200M mark.
Arkansas Powerball Winner
Although there were no jackpot winners in Wednesday's drawing, there were loads of $200,000 second-tier winners, and one lucky lottery Powerball winner that bought a PowerPlay ticket from the Arkansas Lottery. That wise decision ended up being worth $1,000,000 to Randy Wagner of Grubbs, Arkansas, instead of $200,000.
Wagner bought a $1 Powerball ticket, and spent another $1 for the PowerPlay option, at EZ Mart 429 in Tuckerman, reports the Arkansas Lottery Commission. He matched the first five Powerball winning numbers, but not the Powerball for a cool $1,000,000.
Do you think Wagner was excited? You bet, and he didn't waste any time claiming his money. He and his father Buck, drove all the way to Little Rock Thursday, August 4th—the day after he won—to claim his prize winnings. Randy Wagner would probably tell you, "It pays to play the PowerPlay!"
