Amanda Knox Criticized for Partying on Anniversary of Meredith's Death

She was first found guilty... and it was over turned. She was on tape laughing with her boyfriend the morning after her room mate died. I am not surprised she was partying, she is a cold hearted person. I can't imagine anyone going out to buy bleach and cleaning supplies the morning after the murder, before the cops showed up... and later being on tape laughing. Even if I didn't like a room mate, I'd be shaking and crying about someone dying in the same house I lived in, and dying when I was there... and was "asleep". She and the other two were there and it was an awful thing, what ever they all did.

I agree with the family, although legally, she can, it is distasteful for her to write about it. And the Italian court may not be done with her, the over turned conviction... can be over turned again... and I think if it does, she will go into hiding.

She did serve 4 years and that is a lot more than other people who have been involved with the death of another.

Part of the problem with her credibility is she keep changing her story.

Wow ... you seem to have no adversion to lying!!! Get the facts straight. She did not buy cleaning supplies or bleach. That proprietor is wide open for slander by Knox and the court records support that. Heaven forbid that someone laugh. Laughter is clearly of the devil. And you know for a fact that she never cried? Or do you just know that she did not cry before the police? Unfortunately, a whole bunch of folks that heard the entire case disagree with you that she was there and gave Magnini the "salute" and declared her has not having committed the crime. If you have some proof she was there, better get over to Magnini and help him out because his crew sure couldn't.

As far as a book, it is about Amanda's life, what she went through due to a corrupt prosecutor and incompetent police. It is her story. Bet there is nothing distasteful about it either when it comes out, except to Magnini.

As for the case, it is over. There is nothing left except for the slander charge to be overturned on error in the court. If there were errors in the murder trial, it was by Magnini by denying the defense to test the computers, denying the defense desire to call several witnesses, by trying to fabricate evidence through made up DNA testing processes.

She only changed here story once, and that was her fourth statement, after experiencing a Gestapo style interrogation. Why don't you try it and see what you will agree to say.

I agree with you Kent and I wish everyone would leave Amanda Knox alone! Interesting how people can stoop to the same level as Magnini who was convicted during the Amanda Knox appeals hearing and given an 18 month (I think) sentence for the botched job he did on the "Monster in Florence" case when he tried to frame innocent people. He remains out of jail while he appeals his case.

Amanda has every right to live her life and if a party on the anniversary of the Kercher murder helps her get on with life, well, it is her right and a healthy one.

Amanda Knox was aquitted, and the appeals judge said there was NO evidence that she committed murder. I think it is great that she is returning to a normal life. The is no reason that someone 6000 miles away should care if she visits friends in Seattle. I don't know anyone who goes into mourning for four years.
