Amanda Knox was found 'not guilty' in the murder of Meredith Kercher and has now returned to Seattle. She is currently working on establishing a normal life, but it seems that her actions sometimes upset people. This weekend was no exception.
This weekend, Knox attended a Halloween party. The party happened to fall on the anniversary of Meredith Kercher's death and the pictures of her partying hurt the Kercher family. Meredith's father explained that he found it was "very insensitive of Knox (to party), especially considering it is the fourth anniversary of Meredith's death." He continues to explain that the anniversary is a difficult time for the family and seeing Amanda Knox partying doesn't make it any easier.
In addition, Meredith's father explains that he is disgusted by the fact that Amanda Knox is considering book deals and films in return for millions. "I don't think anyone should make money out of it - not us, not them." He finds the entire consideration "distasteful."
How should Amanda Knox act now that she was found 'not guilty?' If you were Meredith's parent, would you expect Knox to be respectful of Meredith's anniversary?

I agree with the family, although legally, she can, it is distasteful for her to write about it. And the Italian court may not be done with her, the over turned conviction... can be over turned again... and I think if it does, she will go into hiding.
She did serve 4 years and that is a lot more than other people who have been involved with the death of another.
Part of the problem with her credibility is she keep changing her story.
As far as a book, it is about Amanda's life, what she went through due to a corrupt prosecutor and incompetent police. It is her story. Bet there is nothing distasteful about it either when it comes out, except to Magnini.
As for the case, it is over. There is nothing left except for the slander charge to be overturned on error in the court. If there were errors in the murder trial, it was by Magnini by denying the defense to test the computers, denying the defense desire to call several witnesses, by trying to fabricate evidence through made up DNA testing processes.
She only changed here story once, and that was her fourth statement, after experiencing a Gestapo style interrogation. Why don't you try it and see what you will agree to say.
Just a hater or just ignorant. Not sure which you are but unlike Magnini, I will not create a fanciful theory which.
Amanda has every right to live her life and if a party on the anniversary of the Kercher murder helps her get on with life, well, it is her right and a healthy one.
