Casey Anthony is still living a life in seclusion somewhere in Florida while she serves probation, and she's still in the media periodically. Aside from a hoaxed assassination attempt rumor, it's being spread that NBC has offered Tot Mom money for an interview. Naturally there are many people who would boycott the network giant if this were true.
NBC claims that these rumors are not true. This isn't the first time it was rumored that NBC and other networks were competing to pay Casey Anthony for her story. It's also not the first time NBC has denied these claims. If these rumors are really untrue, then it's probably best to not even address them. With each time they address this nonsense, Anthony remains in the headlines and more people either hold onto their interest or gain it more. It's true that there are people who are just sick of hearing about her altogether, but it's also true that the disappearance and murder of little Caylee Marie Anthony is and may forever remain a mystery.
The world may never know what happened, and seeing as though Casey Anthony was convicted of lying, it's probably safe to say any story she tells will be hard to believe.
