Yesterday news flew that porn star Megan Piper accepted Mike Stone's invitation to his prom. She was set to go, but now the teen's school said the adult entertainer cannot attend.
Stone attends Tartan Senior High School, and he invited Megan Piper along with about 600 other porn stars to be his date to his prom via Twitter. Unfortunately, his school's principal told him that bringing an adult film star to his prom is inappropriate, and he will not be allowed to bring Piper or any of the other adult entertainers he invited.
Even with all the attention Mike Stone received after asking and getting a yes from porn star Megan Piper, he is not in trouble in any way, which is something to be thankful for. Unfortunately, he still doesn't have a date to the dance though. Do you think he'll be able to get one now?
The reason the school is denying Piper admission to the school even is because of their policy which states "the visit is not in the best interest of students, employees or the school district," or it could "substantially disrupt the orderly operation of school or school activities."
All the attention surrounding the Twitter invitation and acceptance certainly could turn the dance into some type of huge media circus. It is sad for Piper though. At 19, she's never been to a prom because she missed her own, so this was a second chance of sorts for her. She said, "I'm not thrilled; I kind of wanted to go, but I understand."

2) I wonder what the school response would have been if date was Miley Cyrus or Taylor Swift.
There is no doubt there is a lot going on here. First how did the kid invite 600 porn stars... how does he even know who 600 porn stars are.
It is now the thing to invite famous people to events... like military balls. Justin Timberlake went to a military ball. There was an actress/singer (I forget who it was) did the same.
I think both of the people involved --- student and porn star -- got what they wanted -- notoriety. If the school would have played this closer to the vest, it would have been a teardrop in the ocean. It's a little annoying that people are happy with 15 minutes of fame.. I really think people would cut off their leg to play an amputee in a movie... for that fame.
