'Cylinder' UFO Spooks Witnesses in San Jose (Video)

A UFO spotted over the night sky in San Jose, CA has witnesses scratching their heads, describing it as a flying cylinder. What is it?

The video, attached below, is narrated by one witness describing the unidentified flying object as others chatter excitedly nearby. What was caught on tape doesn't seem to be unusual to the naked eye as it flies above the city streets.

But the higher quality photograph taken at the same time and tacked on to the end of the video, shows an aircraft of a type not presently known.

An enlarged version of that picture reveals details not like any kind of jet, plane or helicopter normally zooming across the skies. As the witness claims, the UFO does look more like a cylinder than an airplane.
