The disappearance of Kelli Bordeaux is proving to be a story of confusion and shocking twists. Now instead one man arrested, there has been a second. However, both men appear to be in custody on "unrelated charges." The latest arrest involves the owner of Froggy Bottoms, the bar where the missing Fort Bragg soldier was last seen leaving with Nicholas Holbert, the other man arrested.
Steven Cantrell has been arrested on outstanding warrants that are not related to the disappearance of Pfc. Kelli Bordeaux. However, it is interesting that these two men, with criminal histories, are both behind bars as the search continues for the 23-year-old woman. In these high-profile, high-priority cases, it doesn't seem common that questioned individuals get thrown in jail on "small potatoes" when they're cooperating. Are these men being cooperative?
There have still been no signs of Kelli, which is adding to the ominous possibility that she could be dead. Hopefully the detectives work their ways through enough arrests to find out just who knows what happened.
