Shanna Moakler, former Playboy Playmate and Miss USA, is mourning the loss of one her beloved Chihuahuas after the ill-fated dog was snatched by a hawk outside her California home.
Considering the former Miss USA chose to live in a rural area populated by wild creatures, she should really quit whining. This type of occurrence is one of the risks of country living. People can get very attached to their pets, but she bears some responsibility for the awful mishap.
"A eagle attacked my 2 chi's today, my girl pup is at the vet, my boy is missing, between my cat and my pups, i'm about to f**n kill things," Moakler tweeted Monday.
"Not gonna lie, feel like hunting hawks today... don't feel bad about it either," she added Wednesday.
The nude model had escorted her two dogs outside to go to the bathroom, when a hawk swooped down and attacked them. The angry bird injured one of the puppies severely, and flew off with the other dog.
The Playboy model should get a life though. She's spent the entire week whining about the loss of her pet when other people are facing far more serious problems in their lives. Hawks have a right to eat just like every other living creature.
Of course, Moakler is now lecturing other people about pet safety, giving advice about how protect them from predators.
