The Occupy Wall Street Movement was at the Department of Justice (DOJ) this week, protesting the imprisonment of "political prisoners," including cop-killer Mumia Abu-Jamal. Right outside of Eric Holder's Office, Rapper Jay Sun told the crowd that since he does "a lot of political work in Washington D.C.," and "this type of work, it's dangerous work" and he would ask, if he was "locked-up," he said, "Please don't march for me, please don't do no rallies for me," instead, he would want everyone to start "killing motherf**kers!"
Once the speaker calls for the crowd to start "killing motherf**kers" if he was arrested... they don't stand and stare. They start laughing. After the crowd laughs (yes, it is hysterical to call for murder, right?), Jay Sun continues, "You think it is funny, but that is the only thing a government would listen to." He continues, "I would want people to effectively get the task at hand, done," as reported by LibertyNEWS.
The speaker continues by saying that Mumia Abu-Jamal has many advocates, but it is not enough, he says, "In my particular case, I would ask that y'all do a little bit more." Is this inciting violence?
Occupy the Department of Justice
The website for the Occupy DOJ has videos with Rapper Talib Kweeli and Actor Danny Glover encouraging people to come to the rally, which was held on April 24. They list the "endorsers" as being the ANSWER Coalition, whose steering committee is run by socialists, communists and others, and socialist group "Washington Peace Center." Also sponsoring the event were individuals such as Cornel West and Francis Fox Piven, two prominent members of the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA), in addition to various Free Mumia Abu-Jamal groups, and several "Occupy" groups.
One woman at the Rally said, "In light of what happened to Trayvon Martin, it's evident that we have not progressed," as reported by The Examiner. Police arrested about two dozen protesters for failing to disperse.
Not surprisingly, the event organizers, including the Occupy Wall groups have not denounced the violent rhetoric.
When will the Occupy Wall Street movement denounce violence? This story has not been reported by the mainstream media.

2:HR5122 which authorizes the military to be used for police action..signed into law by Bush.
3: NDAA of 2012 signed into law by Obama who had vowed to veto it...U.S. citizens can be held by the military without being charged if suspected of being connected to terrorist groups.
4: CISPA...passed by the house, if clears the senate and Obama signs it...opens up cyber surviellance on U.S. Citizens.
Those are just a few.
Obama said, "ant to clarify that my Administration will not authorize the indefinite military detention without trial of American citizens." Well, thanks, but he CAN now.
This is scary, as well: "In Britain, there is one CCTV camera for every 14 people, but apparently it is not enough to monitor people outside of the home. The abilities of the new technology would be astonishingly far reaching, and would have the ability to monitor every email, online search, instant message or voice communication, most likely without judicial approval."
And what is up with the drones??? "A recent American Civil Liberties Union report said allowing drones greater access takes the country “a large step closer to a surveillance society in which our every move is monitored, tracked, recorded, and scrutinized by the authorities.â€
If we don't wake up, by Christmas it will be too late. A matter of time.
A bunch of idiots who cause trouble and get in people's way.
They have changed nothing and they never will.
Time for them to fold their tents.
