The aunt of Ayla Reynolds, Elisha DiPietro, made recent claims that she had taken a polygraph test. However, she wouldn't answer 'yes' or 'no' to the question if she had passed the test. Now it's being reported that police will not confirm whether or not these claims made by Elisha DiPietro are even true. It's interesting that this is being reported, and even more interesting that there are no actual answers from police regarding this.
So could it be possible that Elisha DiPietro isn't presenting the utmost honesty? Or are police in Maine stirring the pot by refusing to confirm her claims? It's been public knowledge for quite some time now that police suspect dishonesty on the behalf of she, her brother and his girlfriend. Ayla Reynolds is still missing, so if the DiPietros are truly being dishonest, it's only a matter of time before their lies come back to haunt them.
As for the investigation regarding the missing tot, detectives are still awaiting results of crime lab analyses of items found in a recent search. The mainstream media has not reported on or speculated on the "items of interest" that were located, but it's been acknowledged by police that the items may be connected to the missing Maine toddler. Grapevine sources through various forums claim that the items found "belonged to a child."
A media reporter by the name of Rob Pointdexter claimed on his Twitter that the items found were possibly a pink baby's blanket and small backpack, but he also states that police in Maine would not confirm.
If these items do in fact belong to Ayla Bell Reynolds, do the DiPietros have something to worry about? The location of these items was just a couple of minutes from the home inhabited by Elisha, Justin and Phoebe DiPietro, so the proximity is suspicious enough.

I don't know.. the only time I get contacted about people contacting Gather about me is when they contact Gather to complain about me lol.. It'd be nice to see what "kudos" emails Gather gets about me :)
Developmental Psych, our last project was to follow missing cases patterns, and as you know the only way to do that is to produce a timeline. It was fun, and eye opening for alot of people. Some were skeptic, but the facts dont lie. Its right there ya know? The only way you miss them is ignoring them. Our conclusion is that it was an covered up accident, and it is only a matter of time before the truth comes out. I think Elisha is breaking. When we had to do further research, we contacted Morning Sentinal, ( literally right down the road from us) and their statement from an anon police office quotes, '"There is no evidence that shows that the child was abducted. Evidence found in the house proves other wise"
So our dumbfounded question was, how long are they going to play this tirade for? Eventually someone will be charged. Their not living in reality at this point. The only time they make appearances is to "to help find ayla", when police have clearly stated over and over agian, that she was never abducted.
We see the facts, why dont they understand that...
Your class sounds fun! And I"m still super flttered
And you should be flattered!!! It was fun being able to talk to someone about what you and I talk about and not get rediculed for it.
