The disappearance of Fort Bragg soldier Kelli Bordeaux has produced very few leads and the lack of media coverage is frustrating. The disappearance of this young woman is mysterious and also located not very far from the disappearance of another young woman of similar age and appearance. What's more, this region has experienced attacks on female soldiers in the past, and some of these cases don't appear to be solved, or covered heavily for that matter. So while police are seeking tips, shouldn't they be considering the obvious?
Just a week prior to the disappearance of Pfc. Kelli Bordeaux, a woman by the name of Heather Hodges vanished from her home while her boyfriend was getting her a "Blizzard," from their nearby Dairy Queen restaurant. The locations of these disappearances with the lack of evidence or suspects is mind blowing. The similarities between the two women in their ages and appearance are also rather disturbing.
Police are "seeking leads," but have they not yet bothered going through their own crime reports over the past two or three years? At least two female soldiers have been assaulted in the area, one was raped just a couple of miles from Froggy Bottoms bar -- the last location where Bordeaux was last seen.
