Japanese 'Ice Bra' Designed to Keep Breasts...

Japan is infamous for crazy inventions, so here comes another one. The "ice bra," which contains ice packs, is now being marketed to ladies to cool off during the dog days of summer.

Only in Japan. The Land of the Rising Sun is one of the world's leaders in medical and technological advancements, but it also produces some of the wackiest consumer products you could imagine.

Wearing one of these has to be annoying, though. After a couple of hours in the sun, what are you supposed to do with it?

It's easy to mock the "ice bra," but it serves a practical purpose. Because of the nuclear reactor disaster last year, there will be less air conditioning in Japan this summer. It's encouraging, however, that people can keep a sense of humor during this awful period.

The undergarment resembles two fish tanks, and between the cups, there is a wind chime and a mint leaf. Many women will probably purchase the ice bra just for the novelty aspect.
