Why didn't Casey Anthony testify during her notorious murder trial? Jose Baez, shamelessly promoting his book, appeared on Dr. Drew to discuss some of the details of the trial but it didn't really come across as anything more than gloating. Big surprise, right?
It appears that Jose and the rest of the defense didn't see the need in having her testify. Baez claims that the prosecution was doing so badly that they didn't need to have Casey Anthony testify. This seems like some shallow showmanship, to be honest, because it seems more likely that it would have ruined their case if Casey would have testified for herself. The woman is, was and will forever be a hot mess!
So are you going to buy this book that Jose has "written"? Do you think any of it is going to contain truth or is this just more of the same nonsense to turn a buck? Baez claims that none of the money will go to Anthony, but he probably shouldn't be trusted.
