Gary Giordano, the only suspect in the Robyn Gardner disappearance, was arrested recently on charges of indecent exposure. It was reportedly almost a week ago, Friday, at 6:00 p.m. Gary Giordano was arrested with his companion, who is described as being a 46-year-old woman from Tennessee. The two were engaged in a sexual act on a mattress Giordano had placed within his Cadillac Escalade.
Giordano has been free in the U.S. for several months since he was released from jail in Aruba. He was let go from the island jail on lack of evidence in the disappearance of Robyn Gardner. However, he is still the prime suspect in the Maryland woman's disappearance.
This latest arrest doesn't really have anything to do with the disappearance of Gardner, but it does reveal more of this man's character, which is far from savory. Gary Giordano doesn't appear to be too interested in keeping on the straight and narrow. He must believe he is completely out of the woods with this high profile missing woman's case.
