The man accused of murdering Sierra Lamar is being accused of showing apathy for the entire case, which probably goes hand-in-hand with the allegations that he has more than one victim. Reports describe Antolin Garcia-Torres as showing "no concern" at the fact that he was obviously being watched, investigated and followed by detectives in the days and weeks leading up to his arrest at the Morgan Hill Safeway grocery store.
Lucero Garcia is the older sister of Antolin Garcia-Torres, and she is lately on a campaign of trying to make her brother seem innocent. Unfortunately, this is only backfiring on the woman and her insight into the personal lives of her brother and the rest of their family only provides analysts and investigators with socio-behavioral detail with which to build a profile. Police have publicly acknowledged, after quite some time of keeping it from the public, that Antolin kidnapped and murdered 15-year old Sierra LaMar.
His sister says he knew that he was being followed by police. After he was interviewed regarding his car, he knew that they were watching him. His outward lack of concern for this is expressed by Lucero Garcia as if it's the evidence that proves he is innocent, when it in fact alludes to otherwise if anything at all. Nonetheless his general attitude about being followed, as told by his sisters, is concerning. His only concern was hoping he'd be able to get his job back after it was over, and that it was stupid that his sisters were worried. His apathetic approach to this whole thing goes along with the smuggish smile on his face when he was arrested.
Is he still showing apathy now that he's behind bars? Sources say he is still refusing to cooperate with the investigation—what a "sweet" sounding guy!
