On Tuesday, a Canadian body parts killer, allegedly Luka Rocco Magnotta, was credited with sending a severed foot to the Conservative Party of Canada. He sent a hand to the Liberal Party too, but police managed to intercept it before they received it.

Montreal police, where the crime occurred, aren't saying whether they believe the body part mutilator was on drugs or not, like it is suspected Rudy Eugene was when he committed the Causeway cannibalism in Miami over the weekend.
What they are saying, however, is that a video made, and put out on the Internet days ago, does show cannibalism acts as well as other violence, such as sex with a corpse.
And they believe that despite the '1 Lunatic, 1 Icepick' video assailant wearing a black hoodie, he might be the suspect in their dismemberment case.
They believe it is highly likely the victim in the video is the victim that was dismembered and sent in pieces to political parties in the country, and the National Post reported the police are taking steps to have it removed from the Edmonton-based website.
If the video is that of the murder that took place in Canada, then the body parts killer definitely upstages the Causeway cannibal in Miami. But that's probably only because Rudy Eugene was fatally stopped before he could continue his violence against Ronald Poppo.
