A Greek neo-Nazi Golden Dawn spokesperson, 31-year-old Ilias Kasidiaris lost his cool in a big way during an election special last week. The tension is palpable in the unbelievable video, where the Golden Party spokesperson threw water at a Communist female politician and slapped another three times across her face! If this guy acts like this on national television, imagine how he must be behind closed doors!

Petrol Bomb Greece Riots by photoneilnetThe scene is reminiscent of an episode of Jerry Springer, and was preceded by shouts of "Commie" and "Fascist!" The Huffington Post reports that the conversation got heated after a discussion turned toward the Greek civil war between communists and the right-wing after World War II.

58-year-old communist Liana Kanelli called Kasidiaris a fascist, who then called her an "old Commie." Then the other communist, Rena Dourou, made a reference to a court case pending against Kasidiaris, (in which he faces charges of "assisting in a robbery" and "bodily harm") which really got him upset. But the tipping point occurred when Dourou stated that there is "crisis of democracy when people who will take the country back 500 years have got into the Greek parliament," referring to the neo-Nazi Golden Dawn Party.

Kasidiaris jumped out of his chair and threw water at Dourou, when Kanelli stood and slapped him with a newspaper. Kasidiaris blew his lid and started slapping the older woman while the talk show host shouted, "No! No!" The outrageous behavior of these politicians is horrifying.

The extremely important election next week may mean the difference between whether Greece plugs away at austerity or more spending, which would most likely result in their eventual separation from the European Union. With leaders like these, the Greeks do not seem to have many good choices for their representation.
