A 2-year-old Brazilian boy named Kelvin Santos was pronounced dead due to complications from pneumonia. While his family was at his wake, the toddler briefly sat up and asked his dad for water. Wow! Unfortunately, he lay down lifeless after his request.
It was just one hour before Kelvin Santos was to be laid to rest. Of course his entire family believed it was a miracle, and when they were unable to awaken him, they took him back to the hospital where he was declared dead for a second time. What on earth happened in this case?
Antonio Santos, the boy's father, said, "Dead people don't just wake up and talk. I'm determined to find out the truth." Wouldn't you be trying to figure out the same thing? Sometimes dead people move or something strange, but to sit up and talk? That is just not conceivable.
Can you imagine this situation? There does not seem to be any type of rational explanation for what happened. It would be a terrible tragedy if this boy could have been saved and he wasn't.
