Border Patrol agents Kallie Helwig and Gerald Torello are in hot water, after the couple allegedly engaged in oral sex during a performance of Cirque du Soleil in San Diego.
With its revealing outfits and sexy acrobatics, Cirque du Soleil is a naturally erotic show, but couldn't these two wait until they got home? They were so hot and bothered from watching the steamy act, that Helwig allegedly began fellating Torello in front of other spectators.
But, the weirdness didn't end there. Helwig cold-cocked a female spectator, who yelled at the randy twosome to "get a room."
Torello was also spotted high-fiving a young child nearby, while engaged in the oral sex act with Helwig.
It's a shame when the reputation of an agency like the Border Patrol is tainted by the irresponsible actions of a couple of miscreants. And, you don't want to jump to conclusions.
Nevertheless, there must be some truth to this wacky story, because the police saw fit to charge both of them. Helwig was cited for battery, and Torello for being inebriated in public.
As this investigation unfolds, more details about the crazy incident will be learned. But, if the accusations turn out to be true, these two officers should be booted from the Border Patrol immediately.

That is a highly prejudiced comment.
If you believe "that just about every man is capable of this" You need to start associating with a class of men other than low-to-no class.
I would never, and there is not a man of my acquaintance, that would.
I resent the implication.
The soap opera/tabloids are not a representation of actual people.
I can see you are not old enough to ever having been caught by the local police on Lover's Lane in a compromising situation. At those times, the excuse was something on the level of, [my boyfriend told a hilarious joke and I was laughing so hard I laid my head in his lap to stifle my loud laughing because I was distrubing other couples] There were other similar excuses used as well. We had a creative imagination in those days and the police were mostly understanding.
Doubt there was 2000 people in your back seat. Including children.
Border Patrol agents Kallie Helwig and Gerald Torello are in hot water
Hot water, really, hot water, ??? In retrospect, Pee Wee Herman (Paul Rubensfeld) who was observed privately masterbating in a XXX sex store's movie theatre, was arrested on numerous public and sexual charges. The arrest resulting in the loss of both his television show, his acting job and became a pariah as well as being ostracized by the acting community for a number of years. His arrest having been in 1991 and his subsequent ousting from public view and acting work lasting until 2006 when he began performing again in small cameo roles only.
According to the article, these two were caught visably performing a sex act in a public theatre consisting of a mixed audience, performing the act in plain view of both adults as well as children. Yet, when arrested, Mr. Torello was charged only with public drunkedness and Ms. Helwig was only charged with battery.
My question would be, why, were neither Mr. Torello nor Ms. Helwig not additionally charged with the actual unlawful acts which they commited ? Such as, indecent exposure {nor} public lewdness {nor} public nudity {nor} exposing one's self in public {nor} being engaged in a sexual act in public {nor} performing a sexual act in public {nor} contributing to delinquency of a minor {nor} exposing one's self to a child.
The above being but a few of what I would assume are many more additional charges which the two should have been charged with by the local police. But, no, they instead were charged with ancilary violations arriving from the original arrest, not the sexual acts which they were also guilty of.
The U.S. Justice system, although the best in the world, sometimes is not fair nor just in it's rendering.

I agree, a person off duty from whatever civil service or private sector job at which they are employed, is no longer a civil servant nor a person privately employed, but is then a private citizen and should be recognized only as such.
There are nuts in all professions, jobs and employment. Only those who commit an unlawful act while on the time clock should be recognized as an employee and have his/her employment status revealed and/or discussed.
