Two women in Moultrie, Georgia were arrested for soliciting prostitution by business card. The women, Rhonda Crickenberger (25 years old) and Mary Ann Pugh (31 years old), were putting business cards for Foxy Lady's Private Escort on car windshields in the Moultrie Home Depot parking lot. They both are from Florida.
Police Investigator Cpl. Dave Underwood said, "They were not thinking, I'm sorry, when you advertise something like that, even though you put on there private escort, people know what that is about."
The detective called their number and said he had interest so they told him to meet them at the Cocomo Inn. The women told the officer it would cost $100 for 30 minutes with either one of them.
A local man said he was glad they didn't put a card on his windshield, as his wife would have been very upset. The two women are now released from jail and charged with a misdemeanor.
Admittedly, prostitution by business card was a good advertising strategy for these two women, as the main customers at Home Depot are men. Wonder how many men took up this offer before customers at the Home Depot called the police and they set up a sting?
