A UFO video on YouTube may mean the Japanese are getting in on the hoax craze and, as usual, they're riding in style and with real flair.
The video shows an unusual unidentified flying object with flashing LED and neon lights and the witness posts some notes in the description. Translated, they reveal the cameraman thinks it may be some kind of kite, but notes it's flying a little too high.

The object is not any traditional kind of sighting, in any sense, but is notable for its inventiveness and fun.
The object resembles a cuttlefish, as its lights move brilliantly back and forth and take on some unusual shapes. That kind of action most closely resembles a cephalopod, considered a delicacy in Japan.
This UFO is probably a joke, but it's an extremely inventive one and may mark a whole new classification of hoax: artistic, and extremely sophisticated technically.
Whatever it is, it's fun and cool.
