"Hey, did you hear about the stripper that went missing?"
That question was asked by Margaret Sanchez at least a couple of times the night before she and Terry Speaks were arrested in connection to the disappearance and murder/dismemberment of Jaren Lockhart. The two stayed in a home with an unidentified couple, where they dyed their hair and carried packed luggage, telling their hosts that they needed a place to stay for the night. They claimed to have been evicted from their home.
"We were best friends. I considered her my best friend for quite some time", said the unidentified woman.
The night Margaret Sanchez and her boyfriend stayed in the home, the family were completely unaware that surveillance captured them leaving the Temptations strip club with Jaren Lockhart. It was only a matter of hours before the stabbed, dismembered torso belonging to the young mother washed ashore in Mississippi.
The woman interviewed by this source acknowledges that, in hindsight, Sanchez and Speaks were hiding something. She's absolutely right. While neither Speaks nor Sanchez have been charged with the murder of the New Orleans stripper, it's apparent that something took place that lands them in direct connection with the young woman's demise.
But just what kind of connection? The unidentified couple who gave them a place to stay before their arrest claims that the FBI interviewed them and they have been cleared. That's a relief, but the woman claimed to be Sanchez's best friend. Don't best friends stay in-the-know about one another's actions? Maybe not in this case, but it's apparent that something had happened to Jaren Lockhart and Speaks and Sanchez know exactly what happened.
