Nate Summerfield is still missing, believed to have murdered his estranged girlfriend Lynn Jackenheimer. This case has lasted around two weeks with very little closure offered. The discovery of Lynn's body has only inflamed the urgency in seeking Nate, who hasn't been seen in person since he dropped her children off at his parents' home, admitting to his brother that he strangled the Ashland, Ohio mother. Where is this madman, and will police be successful in hunting him down like the dog he is?
Media reports allege that Nate Summerfield was last seen via ATM camera, but no details have been provided on the time frame in which he was seen. So he could literally be anywhere. He could be holed up alive somewhere, hiding from authorities and hiding from his own responsibility for the vile act of murder he committed. It's also likely that he traveled away from the point of disposal and killed himself. In fact, given this man's nature, as it's known to the public, it's more than likely. Summerfield comes across as a coward, a man who has a history of abuse and humiliation against the woman he finally victimized fatally.
Hopefully if he's alive, he's well aware of the warrant for his arrest and the manhunt that will ensue. Hopefully he has had plenty of time to think about what he's done, the pain he's caused and the trouble he's in with the law.
