The horrific murder of Carina Saunders is still being actively investigated, and now charges have been laid against two men. Luis Ruiz and Jimmy Massey have both been arrested and charged in connection to the brutal murder and dismemberment of the 19-year-old Oklahoma woman. This is just another update added to the case that opened in October of 2011.

Last year a woman who was romantically linked to Ruiz admitted to police that she witnessed the "torture" and murder of the 19-year-old woman before she was dismembered. She was recruited by Massey and her boyfriend to "babysit" the adult woman until her death. There are also reports that there is a mobile phone video of the snuff-styled killing.
