Missing woman Tiffany Ennis has suddenly returned home with her boyfriend after the story of her disappearance went viral over the past 48 hours. This is indeed a strange case, made even stranger by the fact that her boyfriend has been beaten up for some reason. The 20-year-old woman vanished with her boyfriend and his brother with what her mother calls a "fly-by-night" magazine company. However, the company dumped her and her boyfriend at a bus station without fare to return home. It had been at least a week, and the girl did not contact her mother, leading her to believe she was in trouble. Judging by the fact that her boyfriend was beaten, her mother was probably right.
It's good news that Tiffany Ennis has returned home, but there are too many questions that need answers. Someone claiming to be the young woman's cousin expressed human trafficking fears.
"The head of the magazine crew told Lisa that she dropped Tiffany off and that she went to work for a cleaning crew in Illinois. That sounds very weird and untrue. Investigators have also told Lisa, Tiffany's mother, that the magazine company may be involved in human trafficking," read the email.
Hopefully more details can come out and the young woman can explain what happened to her and her boyfriend. Though it seems as though suspicions of human trafficking may be untrue since the boyfriend and she came home together. It's not likely that human traffickers would let a girl escape, much less with her boyfriend.
