'Beltway UFO' Unveiled to the Public

The mystery of the saucer-shaped "Beltway UFO" has been solved.

The strange craft spotted by motorists in the Washington D.C. area in June is really just an unmanned military aircraft, or so the government is claiming.

The United States military just released up close pictures of the drone to the public, but there will still be civilians who believe it was a spaceship. People will fall for all types of conspiracy theories.

D.C. motorists panicked in June, when they saw the aircraft being transported by tractor-trailer on highways throughout the city. The craft was covered by a tarp, giving it the shape of a saucer UFO.

However, it turned out to only be an X-47B drone, which was being moved to the Patuxent Naval Air Station for testing. The aerial craft is only in the experimental stage, which of course explains why is was being transported via truck. Otherwise, the military would have just flown it across the country.

But, why did the government wait so long to reveal the drone? If the technology is so top-secret, the aircraft should never be shown in public. By waiting two months to release the Beltway UFO photos, the government continued to feed people's' paranoia. Was this intentional?
