Rachel C.P. McGowan Is Missing

Twenty-three-year-old Rachel C.P. McGowan is missing from the Mountainview area, believed to be in the company of 27-year-old Albert Manners of Hilo. The missing woman stands at about 5'5" and 195 lbs. with hazel eyes, brown hair and a "fair" complexion. There are very few details in this disappearance, but it appears that the woman may be in some kind of trouble.

Police aren't releasing why they are seeking Rachel C.P. McGowan or her boyfriend Albert Manners, but are requesting the help of the public to find both of them—her in particular. Is it possible that she is with the guy against her will? Could he have abducted her? Could police be hunting the missing woman and her companion for other reasons related to a crime?

Without more information, it just doesn't seem like there is much urgency in this case. There are no reports of family members of either Rachel McGowan or Albert Manners seeking answers. There are no reports of friends making pleas for their return.
