Kelli Bordeaux, missing Fort Bragg army medic, will be featured in a story hosted by Emmy-winning journalist Jon Lieberman on Tuesday, August 14th at around 3:30 p.m., CDT. This will be an interview style discussion with Lieberman focusing on the entire case of the missing woman and all of the known details thus far.
The Crime Line show will be titled Searching for Justice: Kelli Bordeaux and interested parties can listen and watch here. The family of the missing army medic will be with Jon for the interview, meaning this is going to shape up to be an interesting airing of The Crime Line on Spreecast. This will be one of the first live shows regarding the missing woman in several weeks as her case has been dwindling in popularity.
As for her disappearance, Kelli vanished in mid-April after a night of partying at Froggy Bottoms bar with a man named Nicholas Holbert. She had just met the registered sex offender a week prior at the same bar -- where he had been living in makeshift quarters. He was a known homeless person, registered as such, until authorities quickly arrested him after her disappearance. He allegedly failed to register, but detectives questioned him several times prior to arresting him. Familiarity with investigative procedure indicates that Nicholas Holbert is on police radar for a reason.
Hopefully the family of the missing woman will address some of the baseless rumors about her -- such as rumors that her husband may have had a motive to harm her. He was gone visiting family while she went missing, but some reports indicate that he may have actually still been in the Fayetteville area. If anyone can get to the bottom of the facts as they're known in this case, it's Jon Lieberman, who has been affiliated with America's Most Wanted, HLN and other big names in crime networking.
Nothing found in search for Bordeaux
While it's known by now that searches were held for the missing army medic on Saturday, it should be clarified that nothing was found. The person responsible for her disappearance took great measures to keep her from being found. It's been several months, and searches have led volunteers nowhere. Please visit the official website dedicated to finding her, to stay up-to-date on all of the latest news about this tragic case.
