A Pennsylvania woman has confessed to poisoning her boyfriend with Visine eye drops over a period of three years. Vicki Jo Mills, 33, has admitted to giving her 45-year-old boyfriend Thurman Edgar Nesbitt III the drops in his water 10-12 times over the last three years, causing him to have high blood pressure, nausea and vomiting, and breathing problems. This is so crazy, it sounds like the
script to a crime TV show, but it's real.
Doctors alerted authorities that the man was being poisoned after a blood test showed high levels of tetrahydrozoline, an ingredient found in eye drops. The man was apparently unaware that he was being poisoned by the woman claiming to love him. What's even more sad is the couple have a child together!
According to GMA, Vicki Jo Mills says although she was poisoning her boyfriend, she wasn't trying to kill him. She just wanted him to pay more attention to her. She must have been making him sick so she could be his caretaker, which speaks to some kind of mental illness on her part. Whether she goes to prison or to a mental institution, this woman needs help.
