Twenty-year-old Laiken Hughes hasn't been seen by her family in a month; she left her aunt's home on July 30th. The pretty young woman is described as being rather impoverished with no money, clothes, cellphone or debit/credit cards. So tracking her whereabouts seems like an exercise in futility. She also hasn't been in touch with any of her friends.
The Pittsburgh woman could be anywhere, but she left without any clothing or belongings of any sort. The family is not clarifying on whether or not the 20-year-old missing woman goes missing like this often, or if this is out of her normal behavior. It would be interesting to see more details come out about her.
Knowing she has no belongings and hasn't reached out to friends makes it easy to consider that Laiken Hughes could have met foul play. Did she have a boyfriend or ex-boyfriend? Was the area she was last seen in a place of increased crime rate or registered sex offenders?
