Hurricane Isaac 2012 is making its way towards New Orleans at an excruciatingly slow pace of 8 MPH, and the effects are already being felt.
CNN is reporting that a man is missing off the coast of Pensacola, Florida, making him the first missing person due to the storm.
Apparently, the man was out on a personal watercraft—either a boat or jet ski or other water-related vehicle.
