The Daily Show's Jon Stewart acted like a foolish groupie by praising and giving credibility to the erroneous "facts" presented by former President Bill Clinton at the Democratic National Convention. In a move that was reminiscent of a teenaged schoolgirl's crush on some celebrity boy-band member, Stewart gushed at the rarity of listening to "a guy make sentient comments using numbers on a stage. Its like 'A Beautiful Mind.'" However, Stewart only displayed his own ignorance and complete obedience to liberal ideology and "truthiness" by accepting every single premise, number, and claim of the former President who lost his law license for lying under oath.
Everyone has seen old videos of teenaged girls swooning for the Beatles in the 1960's, well those girls have grown up and it is like one of them seems to be hosting Comedy Central's Daily Show disguised as a male comedian. But instead of their adoration for a musical group, it has changed into complete worship of liberal Democrat politicians.
Stewart, in typical liberal fashion, praised Bill Clinton for bringing what the "googly-eyed" comedian called "something to this campaign season that had been missing: Math, numbers, facts." But the left-leaning Stewart not only accepted every claim, no matter how loosely based in reality, but virtually praised these ideological "facts" as sacred information that had come from God. (However, with the Democrats recent problems including God into their official platform, Bill Clinton was as close to a god as the Democrats would get.)
Bill Clinton's so called "facts" are entirely based on a set of premises that include a cacophony of liberal accounting tricks and over optimistic predictions. But these beliefs, and they are beliefs not facts, are accepted by the liberal left as absolute truth, despite the fact that many of these claims have been revealed as actions of trickery and unethical accounting practices. And every time someone like Stewart broadcasts to millions of intellectually challenged viewers these beliefs as fact, most of them lack the understanding to either discover the real facts or even question the voracity of these claims.
Jon Stewart may be what the old Soviet Communists called a "useful idiot," but his actions are only helping the liberal Democrats to mislead the American people in a cynical attempt to hold onto power through less than ethical means. Is this what the American people want or deserve in their government—a cabal of politicians who twist the facts and outright lie to the American people so they can inflict the "change" that the American people have so far refused to make: a change toward a centralized government based on socialist ideology?

Got any references to back this up? I know you see this is what the 'liberal' media tend to say about the nonsense Republicans spout but you may also note that they provide references to support their claims.

The full quote, not some out of context snip trying to prove the author of this articles per-determined point. "Hearing a guy make sentient comments using numbers on a stage. Its like 'A Beautiful Mind.' When really, shouldn't in be just, you know, a mind?". Meaning it was a break from the trite, mindless, mud throwing that dominates political discussions. This article only proves Jon Stewarts point.
