Twenty-nine-year-old Shannon Hokanson hasn't been seen since May, but she was only just reported missing by family members after about two months of being gone without contact. This makes it extremely difficult to speculate on the woman's whereabouts, or whether or not she's even alive—but the length of time in her disappearance is unsettling, nonetheless. What happened to this missing mother of three?
Shannon Baldwin Hokanson is 5'2" and about 150 lbs., with long brown hair and brown eyes. She reportedly has several tattoos, but there are no available photos or descriptions of the tattoos on her body. Her family claims that being gone this long without contact is out of her character, and the she normally at least calls once a week.
What should be questioned is what kind of lifestyle does the missing woman lead? It's said that she's the mother of three children, but does she have custody of these children or someone else in the family? Is she ever involved in dramatic relationships or is she the possible victim of domestic violence?
Until more information comes out in this case, it's hard to tell what may have happened to Shannon Hokanson, but after two months of being gone, there's just no telling when more information may come to the media. It's a shame that so much time has passed without this case being reported, and even more upsetting that it's taken so long for the story to even make it to the news. Here's to hoping she's alive somewhere, but hopefully the family will get closure soon if she's not.

......I hope she is alive but this is another of many cases you are disclosing that does not look good.....thankfully you report them.
I sympathize with your anger. Have a good evening.
So much for identifying a missing woman in case someone might see her.
No offense, but when you use like six exclamation points at the end of every other sentence, you come across as angry. Especially when you pair your punctuation rage with the use of foul language and attack language. Again, I sympathize with your anger and hope you find a better outlet for it than your current outlet of attacking those who try to share awareness of missing people.
Thanks for reading.
It's easier to communicate as adults when there is less anger and venom being spewed. You keep shouting about facts and opinions, but you've offered no facts to counter what you are calling a lack of facts; nor are you offering any examples of this story that contain factual errors.
I'll be here when you do.
You say the "facts" in this article are "false" --- the burden is on you to prove it, and you haven't. Sorry.
You're certainly not doing your sister any favors; that's for sure.
Have a good one.
Do let me know when you can produce facts that counter what is said in this article. Showing proof to back up your claims helps in getting the facts published, but it's apparent that you're truly not interested in the facts being printed or clarified when it comes to this missing woman. That's a shame. :(
