Remains of Sierra LaMar Still Not Found

Missing Morgan Hill teen Sierra LaMar was allegedly abducted and murdered by Antolin Garcia-Torres. Antolin has not been cooperative in the search for the missing teen since his arrest, and refuses to enter a plea with each court appearance that is rescheduled. At this rate it feels as though the remains of the missing girl won't be uncovered so as to serve as evidence against the accused murderer, but it's important to hold onto hope -- just like some are holding out for hope that the young woman will be found alive.

Over the weekend volunteers searched for Sierra LaMar but it's apparent that nothing was found. This has become the norm with searches for the missing cheerleader, even though a suspect has been in custody for at least three months. When will the remains of this missing person be found? Detectives are certain that she was murdered and claim to have forensic evidence to back this up. They've even halted official searches for the 15-year-old, indicating that they have evidence just as damning as a body. Yet they refuse to publicly clarify on this forensic evidence. Are officials setting themselves up for failure?

Antolin Garcia-Torres will appear in court again on September 26th. Here's to hoping he finally grows some moral compass, though that's most likely a pipe dream.

Geeeez, he still hasn't entered a plea?? It keeps being postponed etc. How the hell can he get away with that? Should he be required to do so?

Authorities must have evidence, otherwise they would not have been able to keep him behind bars as long as they have, even without a lawyer. He can get away with saying nothing because it is his constitutional right to say nothing.

You'd be amazed at what they will do nowadays. I used to believe in the justice system until I saw a dear friend falsely accused and kept in jail on the statement of ONE person-his estranged, drug addicted wife. NO evidence other than her word. After over a year in jail, and friends outside fighting tooth and nail, two years later, the case was overturned and he was apologized to by the state. Too late for his reputation.

My profile of Antolin Gracia-Torres

1) He is a very loud and vocal person, not easily crossed, quick to get angry
2) His above average IQ, but limited education and not conversant on world events.
3) He likes girls and thinks that they are attracted to him.
4) He can be funny and winsome at times, yet he has set limits of toleration.
5) He has a clear conscience, because he did not purposely intent to kill Sierra.
6) He does not have a killer instinct, yet he is intolerant with cultural diversity, quick to condemn others.
7) He likes nice things and dreams of possessing wealth.
8) He can be very persuasive convincing others to join him due to his strong personality, and anti-establishment ideas.
9) He is not likely to bury Sierra in his back yard, to disappoint his Mother and Sister.
10) It is very likely that his pregnant wife (girlfriend) Francine, was involved either in the crime or its cover-up.

I also have some ideas where he may have buried the body.

One other thing, I think rape and murder of Sierra was not the intent of first contact with her, but the results of a scam that went foul.
