September was a busy month for UFO sightings in the US. Ten states have reported 363 sightings in just those 30 days. There is so much concern over the number of reports that the National Unidentified Alert Rating System was updated on October 1, 2012.
The Examiner reports that California, Texas, Arizona, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York, Florida, Illinois and North Carolina have been moved to an Alert 3 category, the highest reporting states during September.
California was the highest reporting state with 69 cases; Texas, 44; Arizona, 38; Michigan, 37; Ohio, 36; Pennsylvania, 32; New York, 31; Florida, 26; Illinois, 25; and North Carolina with 25 cases.
Those states with 13 or more reports at an Alert 4 category are: Indiana, 24; Oregon, 21; Wisconsin, 16; Georgia, 15; Colorado, 15; and Missouri with 15 cases.
The states with a lowest number of sightings putting them into the Alert 5 category, considered the "Watch States", with 10 or more cases are: Maryland, 12; Massachusetts, 12; Minnesota, 12; Washington, 11; Oklahoma, 10; and New Jersey with 10 cases.
The good news is that the country, as a whole, was moved back to the lowest alert level, an Alert 5 category.
The flying objects reported were in a variety of shapes. The sphere remains the most-reported flying craft shape with 246 September reports; up from 238 August reports. Other shapes include: Circle, 149; Star-like, 136; Oval, 91; Fireball, 87; Disc, 83; Triangle, 77; Unknown, 70; Other, 63; Cylinder, 38; Flash, 33; Square/Rectangle, 24; Cigar, 21; Egg, 20; Boomerang, 20; Diamond, 19; Cone, 14; Bullet/Missile, 13; Chevron, 11; Blimp, 10; Teardrop, 9; Saturn-like, 6; and Cross, 5.
There were 15 landings, hovering, or takeoffs reported and 0 entities observed.
Can this be considered proof that flying objects might actually be cruising in the skies with all the reports containing so many details?
Something is flying in between the clouds. These objects might be weather balloons, or Chinese Lanterns, or one of many things that the authorities try to tell the public to explain away the sightings, but just maybe some of the reports are true and UFOs are soaring around.
The public are the eyes and ears for the government. Maybe the powers that be should pay more attention to what the people are observing in the skies. It isn't as if the authorities aren't aware of these observations. The people should be told the truth about the increased activity taking place over their heads.
Keep those eyes to the skies because something could be flying above.
